Icons, Linux & Preventing Default

Thanks to Thardus (https://itch.io/profile/thardus) for his advice on using e.preventDefault to stop the browser scrolling when using the arrow keys. I had reverted to using WASD but as variety is the spice of life and some players have commented they prefer the classic keys I have chosen to leave this functionality in.

As I was updating and compiling the Windows version of Shells using Electron-Packager (https://www.npmjs.com/package/electron-packager) I decided to also create a version for Linux.
